I can say that it is a good product.
However, I am taking it for 4 days and I want to see it's full effect and I will give an update but the price is really great and I can see this is a high-quality supplement.

So far, so good. This supplement has done more than I expected! I really feel good about myself, I have more energy and a lot of people noticed that I lose some weight.

I take this after meal, because L-Carnitine works best with carbs in your body to fasten the burning process. You may try it this way and see it will maximize the effect. All in all I am a happy and satisfied customer!
