It's hard to find just plain Bioperine, and what is out there all seem to be 10mg-- including this one. I actually only want 5mg, so I use a pill cutter. They cut quite well with a cheap cutter, so I'm happy.

I take it with all my vitamins, I definitely noticed a difference when taking them with Bioperine.

I love it and I've been using this now for over a year without any problems. I have hypothyroidism for several years now and I am treating it with normal medications but when taking it I noticed that it eliminated a lot of symptoms and I'm feeling much better now.

Great product. We used this to help fasten the increase in the absorption rate of the turmeric supplement. When you combine it with turmeric, you absorb almost all the benefits of turmeric. I have heard that this will also help absorb other types of supplements. Please make sure that you will use this with a prescription or ask your doctor.
