This is my 3rd time buying this BCAA and I will stick with this for a long time. It is unflavoured hence I really love this, I don't have to endure any bitterness or any sweetness. Plus, it makes me feel full, cause I can recover faster after my heavy training.

This powder is extremely effective at what it is designed to do, and really helps me to maintain my muscle mass during cutting periods. Having recently just completed a cut, coming down from around 89KG - to 81KG, Branched Chain Amino Acids really helped me to maintain my muscle size, density and strength. Even managed to squeeze more reps out on the 50KG dumbbells! Yes, a lot of my weight was probably water retention, but I lost that and maintained easily with this product. Consuming one serving as soon as I wake up, one before/during my workout, one serving after and one before bed with Casein I find this really aids my recovery.
