Shipping costs differ depending on parcel weight and location (from 5 EUR to 20 EUR). Our items' charges usually include all taxes. For almost all European countries no additional charges will be made. But if you are based not in the European Union your shipment may be subject to some additional taxes. Please note that if your country prefers pack stations your delivery will be sent to your private address or using services of unregistered mail. Attention: Please check your address before placing an order. If your address will not be correct the package will be sent back to us restock and re-post fees applies.

Is there a chance that my order will be seized by the Customs?
Your order is absolutely safe as we ship from EU, there will be no problems with the Customs. As we ship our product from EU, 99.9% of our shipments reach the destination place on time without any disturbances. Problems with customs may occur for clients not living in EU countries, even though 90% of the shipments to non EU countries still reach its destination on time.
Is it legal to import a particular product to my country?
Before ordering the products, we strongly advise you to check if it is legal to import to your country. Why does it take so long for my shipment to arrive?
If you have placed the order until 11 am (time zone UTC+02:00), it will be shipped on the same day and will (most usually) reach the destination in 15 days (depending on what shipping method you have selected). Although, it happens that shipments take up to 21-28 days to arrive as the timing directly depends on the work of the post office.
