What payment methods are available?

All payments can be made by all major debit or credit cards (MasterCard or Visa) or using PaySera, Straal. Payments are debited and cleared before we send to you the goods you have ordered. Kindly please be advised that some cards might have a security lock in place issued by your bank, in this case, your bank might block transaction especially if it's international payment. If it happens please use another card or call your bank to remove the lock, alternatively, you can use a virtual card; You can use any virtual card provider but from our experience, the best to use is www.entropay.com Simply transfer funds into your virtual card and then use it as a normal card.

I cannot find a product I am looking for. What should I do?

Can I mix your products with drinks or food?

Yes, we advise you to get a little creative if you prefer your supplements to taste good. Due to the fact that our products are free of any dyes and sweeteners, the taste of the powders is natural. Adding powders to a smoothie or juice may be a great idea if you want the benefits of pure supplements together with delicious taste! For your best experience, every product has its own descriptions in which you can check if your product can be mixed with any other products.

What differentiates Raw Powders from other suppliers?

Our whole production is pure, which means that it has no mysterious and hidden formulas, no cheap and worthless ingredients. All ingredients we use in our products are Laboratory tested. All products carry a Certificate of Analyses, representing the quality of the products. All products we offer are tested both by our team and professional athletes.

Does Raw powders accept paypal payments?

Unfortunately, Raw Powders is unable to accept payments sent via PayPal for orders placed on our website. This is not by our choice. As a general policy, PayPal has made a wilful choice not to work with a variety of nootropic and/or dietary supplement vendors. While it is true that some smaller vendors in and outside of our industry are able to offer PayPal, this is only the case because they are outliers of PayPal's internal account audit thresholds. We encourage additional questions or feedback regarding this policy to be directed towards Paypal's customer support team.

How long does it take for my order to ship and what are the shipping costs?

Shipping in EU usually takes 1-3 working days through Express, 3-5 working days through Standard, 8-15 working days through Post, shipping worldwide takes 3-4 weeks. The post will deliver your order if you live not in the EU territory and to countries where pack stations work (f.e. Norway, Germany or USA). Shipping costs differ depending on parcel weight and location (from 5 EUR to 20 EUR). We offer free shipment to our customers to majority of EU countries, if the value of your order is more than 65 EUR. There are no limits on your parcel weight. Our items' charges usually include all taxes. For almost all European countries no additional charges will be made. But if you are based not in the European Union your shipment may be subject to some additional taxes. Please note that if your country prefers pack stations your delivery will be sent to your private address or using services of unregistered mail. Attention: Please check your address before placing an order. If your address will not be correct the package will be sent back to us restock and re-post fees applies.

How can I track my order?

The tracking number for your shipment will be provided in our notification email. Is there a chance that my order will be seized by the Customs?

Your order is absolutely safe as we ship from EU, there will be no problems with the Customs. As we ship our product from EU, 99.9% of our shipments reach the destination place on time without any disturbances. Problems with customs may occur for clients not living in EU countries, even though 90% of the shipments to non EU countries still reach its destination on time.

Is it legal to import a particular product to my country?

Before ordering the products, we strongly advise you to check if it is legal to import to your country. We advise you to look for this information in the websites of local institutions responsible for product import in your country. We want to state that regulations and lists of prohibited products in particular countries can often change which is why we are not responsible if your order will be forfeited by customs.

Why does it take so long for my shipment to arrive?

If you have placed the order until 11 am (time zone UTC+02:00), it will be shipped on the same day and will (most usually) reach the destination in 15 days (depending on what shipping method you have selected). Although, it happens that shipments take up to 21-28 days to arrive as the timing directly depends on the work of the post office. We are truly sorry for the inconveniences it might make but there is little we can do about it. We put all our effort into keeping our clients happy. If you still have questions, customer service will answer all of it within 24 hours on working days (it might take a little longer on the weekends).

Where and how my order is packaged?

We always ship in discreet extra strong packaging with absolutely no indication of the products being delivered. There is no indication from the outside of the packet the contents or who it was sent by, the courier will not even know the contents of the package. We take your privacy very seriously and we can 100% guarantee discretion and privacy of your ordered goods. As you may know, due to the new UK Government’s policy restrictions, the sales of nootropic supplement were practically banned supplements sales, so if you buy any nootropics from sellers located in the UK, please be careful if your product is packed legally, tested in laboratories, does your ordered product includes license of food and safety inspections. In some cases it is possible that some suppliers of the nootropics operate illegally. Due to this case, Raw Powders Ltd has merged with UAB Sporto Inovacijos, a company located in Lithuania, Europe. So don’t be surprised if you see that your order was packaged and sent from Lithuania. As Nootropic supplements company we are responsible for legal conditions of work and packaging products you have ordered. So each Raw Powders product is safely and legally packaged in Raw Powders warehouses in Lithuania. We sell our products according to EU directives, so you can be 100% sure that you will receive products which guarantee the best quality.
