Ashwaghanda changed my life. I've had depression since I was in teenage years until I had anxiety too. I've been taking anti depressants for a long time and I won't lie that it is addictive. I wanted to change it, so I looked for some forums online and joined. My mother has been diagnosed with clinical depression and she got sick cause of stress.
