What is NAC (N-acetyl-cysteine)?

N-acetyl-L-cysteine is acetylated amino acid L-cysteine. Thanks to acetylation, NAC has better stability to remain intact during entire shelf life as well as better bioavailability when compared to regular L-cysteine supplements.

How to use NAC (N-acetyl-cysteine)?

We recommend taking 1 capsule 1 to 2 times per day with or right after meals. Not recommended for children. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
