I’m a UK based holistic health and wellness blogger which began during my recovery from chronic illness.

I started out on this journey of health and wellness after experiencing complex chronic illness for more than 10 years without any explanation for why I was unwell or any valuable help from western conventional medicine.

Through my own research I discovered the cause of my chronic illness is Lyme Disease and have been having treatment for a few years now. I share everything I have learnt throughout my recovery with others online with the hope to help them heal as well.

I also live a low toxin, natural lifestyle and have an interest in all things to do with holistic health, self-care and wellbeing.

Hi! I am Aurimas Valujavičius, Lithuanian from Kaunas city. I am 26 years old. Exploring the world is the primary activity that I do. And I am doing it in as many ways as possible - riding a bicycle or a motorcycle, travelling by kayak or skates, walking on foot, and so on.
