After bulk supply explained to me to make the product dissolve well, you must have it in warm water or juice. This product is amazing with lots of energy once you get right heat level. I did 2 mins and placed the product in and swirled with a spoon. Let sit for a little while before drinking.

It seems to be helping and every little bit helps. I take this in the late afternoon at that hour when I begin to feel grumpy and tired. I recommend giving Raw Powders a try for any supplement you may need. I am very happy with the two items I have gotten from this company.

L-Phenylalanine gives me a calm and peaceful sensation. I'm genetically under-methylating so I've struggled with anxiety for my entire life. Aside from increasing my consumption of B vitamins, Zinc and also taking Sam-E, supplementation of neurotransmitter precursors such as L-Phen is amazing when I need to take the edge off and I feel impulsive, needy and restless.
